“the peak, view, walk was excellent. wonderful vulkanic landscape, different collours of rock, sand and we had to wear spikes a short period of the trail because of snowfall. Just exiting - not dangerous. The guide knew a lot about the landscape and history of Mount Teide. On the downside hej walked quit quickly so some in the group had difficulty to follow his pace.”

This was my first ever ascent around 4000m , and even though being overall fit/ wasn't sure what to expect from my body especially by night and at this altitude. “Beim ersten Termin war die Fahrten mit der Seilbahn aufgrund zu starken Windes eingestellt. Leider wurden wir erst 15 Minuten vor unserem Treffpunkt informiert und waren schon oben.
