Our tour however was delayed by approximately 45 mins-1 hr. The delays were due to people not having the right kit or not having the required fitness levels. This delay meant we did not make the top as bad weather came in. I feel the company should hold customers to account for the pre requirements that are clearly stated when signing up so others experiences aren’t dampened,”
