“We had a great time with Derrick. He was very accommodating with our schedule and flexible. The van was super comfy. At the end of the day our kids were tired and we put on a movie for them to watch in the van and we could relax. He offered water as well. He took us to an awesome market where we got fresh fruits coconut water banana bread and Spanish bread. We also got summer rolls with amazing peanut sauce! We went to the kilawea erupting volcano and saw lava spewing out of the crater. We went to rainbow water falls and several scenic spots. Highly recommend!”

In addition to seeing the Kilauea caldera, lava tube, steam vents and viewing house overlook, we saved some time for quick stops at a coffee mill, the Punalu'u Black Sand beach and Punalu'u Bake Shop. Jim was extremely knowledgeable and narrated about every Hawaii topic possible, he definitely made the trip a huge win for our family.”
