Did not speak much English, got confused with their list of passengers to the point where people were told to get off the coach at various points ( including a family with children on top of the Volcano at the restaurant on the dark ). This took a hour and a half. Rushed through the volcano experience No tour just drive around in silence until they could work the recording ( 30 seconds at the end ) and told everyone not to mention what happened on this tour.
