“Day trip through the volcano national park was excellent, Hugh our guide was clearly enthusiastic about his job. Was slightly disappointed to not be able to walk through the lava tube, this has been closed for over a year and this should have been noted on the site. Would like to see a tour that does not involve funneling tourists to nut farms, coffee farms, chocolate factories etc. Helicopter part was actually very uncomfortable, with myself being forced up against the door and one of the other tourists partially sitting on my lap in the front. We were fortunate to see a volcanic eruption whilst on the trip which made it extra special. As a result of the eruption, traffic in the Volcano National Park was horrendous which meant we didn’t get to see all the sights advertised, however this was completely out of the control of the tour company.
